Dear tango campers 🤗

Make sure that you have checked out all other relevant information regarding accommodation before registering. Please find them in the ACCOMMODATION section of this website.

We expect a huge interest in this year’s edition, which means that there is a possibility for some dates to be fully booked or to have difficulties finding accommodation according to your demands, especially if you register later. For this reason, please help us by writing down some alternative dates in case you are flexible with planning your vacation.

IMPORTANT:

If you ask for our help in finding accommodation, you are obligated not to search for one yourself at the same time, since that may result in investing considerable efforts in vain and disrupting our relations with the accommodation owners.

If we are helping you with finding accommodation, you must be sure that you will attend the event and that there won't be any last-minute cancellations or changes, in order to avoid causing damage to the accommodation owners (whose cooperation with the tango camp is based on trust) and our relationship with them.

In some cases, after checking with you first, we will have to deviate a little from the announced prices and adjust to the situation in the field. This happens rarely and the deviations are small, however, it's better to point out such a possibility.

Prices depend on location, quality, duration of your stay, etc. Please adjust your price limit to your demands.

In almost all cases, you’ll pay for the accommodation directly to the owner. We’ll take your payment only when the owner is not in town, which will be previously agreed upon.

GET YOUR ACCOMMODATION EASIER:

There is a very limited number of those accommodations with single and 2 beds (and a slightly limited number of accommodations with 3 beds), so it is the hardest for us to guarantee that we are going to find them.

Thus, if you are registering for accommodation with a single or double bedroom/apartment, please point out in your registration form if you are willing to share a room with other camp participants or if you are okay with having a separate room in the accommodation with other tangueros, sharing bathroom and kitchen.

Please bear in mind that we will give priority to those who register in clearly defined pairs and groups when arranging accommodation.

Furthermore, if you are planning the trip with a group of participants that will not be at the camp on all the same dates as you, please register only provided that participants staying the longest are willing to pay for the accommodation regardless of the fact that their roommates/flatmates are leaving earlier (for those days the accommodation will be somewhat cheaper in comparison to the price for the initial number of people, but some part of the initial fee for the accommodation will still be required).

In case you don’t have a group and don’t plan on being in a single room, we suggest that you try and find roommates/flatmates for the tango camp through the Facebook group you can find in the accommodation section.
We will strive to accommodate those who register solo but wish to be in an apartment together with other people due to prices or any other reason. However, these situations can be very complex as everyone has their dates of arrival and departure, and sometimes it isn't possible to make a good match.
